U.S. Army Reserve Spc. Miguel Ordaz, an automated logistical specialist with the 693rd Quartermaster Company, Bell, Calif., and Spc. Alejandro Paulino, a wheeled vehicle mechanic with Bravo Company, 63rd Brigade Support Battalion out of Las Vegas, Nev., answer questions on the written examination portion of the 311th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Best Warrior Competition 2015 held at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 6-8, 2015. The 311th hosted the competition with the goal of selecting its best warriors to compete at the next level at the 79th Sustainment Support Command Best Warrior Competition in May. BWC is a compilation of events that test basic Soldier skills, endurance and knowledge. Winners progressively face more intensive competition, ultimately determining the U.S. Army’s Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year.
