U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from several units within the 311th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) run the two-mile portion of the Army Physical Fitness Test, one of the events of the command’s Best Warrior Competition 2015 held at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 6-8, 2015. Each of the 14 competitors represented the non-commissioned officer or enlisted Soldier category from their unit; the winner of each category will represent the 311th at the 79th Sustainment Support Command Best Warrior Competition in May. The Best Warrior Competition is one that tests basic Soldier skills, physical fitness and knowledge. Winners progressively face more intensive competition, ultimately determining the U.S. Army’s Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year.
