150309-N-JX484-008 (Mar. 09, 2015) MAYPORT, Fla.- More than 300 Sailors stationed onboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99) depart their homeport of Naval Station Mayport to support the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group. While deployed they will serve in the 5th and 6th U.S. Fleet areas of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
