Sgt. Henry Cisneros, a Marine Corps Forces, Pacific property clerk, gave his memorial bracelet to Pfc. Jimmy Keep at the Honolulu International Airport Oahu, Hawaii, March 17, 2015. The 88-year-old World War II Marine agreed to leave the memorial bracelet in the sands of Iwo Jima to honor Cisneros’s friend, Sgt. Matthew Abbate, who lost his life in Afghanistan, December 2010. Keep is returning to Iwo Jima for the first time since fighting there as part of 4th Marine Division 70 years ago. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Matthew J. Bragg)
