CORONADO, Calif. (March 18, 2015) – Builder 2nd Class Andrew Quiroga, from Sonoma County, Calif., assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, takes measurements of a structure as the team of Seabees reconstruct a historic seaplane ramp at Naval Air Station North Island.
