CORONADO, Calif. (March 18, 2015) – Builder Constructionman Cody Vanburkler, from Springfield, Ore., assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, places rebar beams as the team of Seabees reconstruct a historic seaplane ramp at Naval Air Station North Island.
