Members of the Vermont National Guard Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear-High Yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force-Package and Puerto Rico state agencies participate in mass casualty extraction during Operation Borinqueneer Response, March 19 in Salinas, Puerto Rico.
