PEARL HARBOR (March 24, 2015) U.S. Pacific Fleet Executive Director and Chief of Staff Todd Schafer talks about the importance of a high-performing fleet, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) and teamwork during the Senior Enlisted Leadership Training Symposium held at Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet headquarters. The symposium is an annual event where senior enlisted leaders from across the Pacific Fleet gather to review the effectiveness of current policies and ways to improve mission readiness in open-forum discussions.
