Joint Mobile Ashore Support Terminal (JMAST) Mediterranean personnel, Chief Operations Specialist (SW/AW) Darrell LaFrenz, Electronics Technician 1st Class (SW) Sharon Walters and Electronics Technician 1st Class (SW) Raymond Harshman set up a super high frequency (SHF) satillite dish that enabled computers, communications, command and control (C4) capabilities during Pakistan Earthquake relief efforts. JMAST deployed from Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain Oct. 10, 2005 and served as communications base for Disaster Assistance Center Pakistan (DAC-PAK) for 175 days.
