    Seaman Carston Galindo, a damage controlman, calls for relief of the nozzleman Petty Officer 2nd Class Jacob Westley Jones, a machinist's mate, during a general quarters drill aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). General quarters is a drill for Sailors to practice various techniques in preparation for an emergency situation. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
