Carefully scanning for his target, a member of one of the elite Iraqi special weapons and tactics units prepares to fire during the Anbar SWAT Tactical Competition, June 29, in Rawah, Iraq. Competitors included teams from Al Qaim, Anah, Rawah and Hadithah SWAT units. The competition gave the teams an opportunity to meet other city SWATs and to showcase their skills. When all was said and done, the Hadithah SWAT won by a margin of 12 points.
