Pelaez, presents Kinaray-a language books as a token of appreciation to U.S. service members at the conclusion of a cooperative health engagement, train-the-trainer first responder course at the headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ 3rd Infantry Division in Jamindan, Philippines, during Balikatan 2015, April 9.
