The 515th Transportation Company Soldiers from the 16th Sustainment Brigade support 2nd Cavalry Regiment by providing retail and bulk fuel distribution during Dragoon Ride. This mission exercises unit maintenance and leadership capabilities and demonstrates the freedom of movement that exists within NATO. “Dragoon Ride,” an operational movement in which 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment drove their vehicles as far as 1,100 miles, and through five NATO-allied countries, back to Rose Barracks, Vilseck, Germany. The movement was a capstone exercise for 3-2 Cav.’s rotation under Atlantic Resolve-North, where units under U.S. Army Europe train with allied nations from the Baltics and Poland.
