Marine non-commissioned officers with 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, held a ceremony in which a professional military library was dedicated in honor of the NCOs of the battalion aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 15, 2015. “We want them to have a place to say ‘this is where I can go, I can work out my problems, I can work out plans, [and] I can get my tactics under control before I walk out in front of a group of Marines’,” said Sgt.
