Members of the New York and New Jersey Homeland Response Force move a simulated blast victim to the decontamination tent during HRF exercise April 17 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The HRF, with more than 600 personnel, conducted a full-scale exercise for response to a chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear incident here April 15-19. The HRF trains to extract casualties of a CBRN incident and provide decontamination and medical triage in support of civil authorities and first responders.
