Master Sgt. Joseph Leggett (left), the senior transmissions plans chief, as well as primary instructor of the division's Sexual Harassment/Assault Awareness Response and Prevention Self Defense Course, for the 3rd Infantry Division, demonstrates one way to break contact if someone is choking you from the front, here at Jordan Gym, April 16. The course was held as part of the 3rd ID’s efforts to raise awareness and prevention of sexual harassment and assault during the Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. The course was made available to any and all who wanted to attend, and focused on teaching critical moves to stop unwanted advances, break contact from aggressors, and get out of dangerous situations.
