Sgt. Teo Garcia prepares to cut a Soldier's hair July 20 at Joint Security Station Loyalty, Iraq, located in the 9 Nissan District of eastern Baghdad. Garcia says cutting hair relaxes him even during the most stressful of times during his deployment to Iraq. Garcia of Miami, is currently assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad. Garcia rejoined the Army after an eight-year break in service when he lost a best of three game series of pool.
