Maj. Henry Cabrera-Velazquez, of San Juan, Puerto Rico, receives a combat patch from 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team Commander Col. Greg Lusk of Raleigh, N.C., during a ceremony at Forward Operation Base Falcon, July 19. Soldiers received the brigade's traditional "Old Hickory" patch, which is worn on the right sleeve of the uniform, and represents a deployment to a combat theater.
