Senior Airman David Britt, 447th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels lab technician, connects an in-line sampler to a connection device, July 20. Airman Britt primarily built the apparatus, nicknamed "Frankenstein," which re-circulates fuel through the hose to the apparatus, allowing him to safely retrieve samples to test the fuel for water and sediment. Airman Britt is deployed from McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., and is a native of Enterprise, Ala.
