    II Marine Expeditionary Force

A Marine from 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, lands in the water after static-line parachuting out of a CH-53 Sea Stallion helicopter into Onslow Bay off the coast of Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 21. A total of 30 Marines practiced low-level static-line jumps or military free-fall jumps into the ocean to gain the knowledge they need to utilize the versatility of a helicopter insertion along a hostile shore.
