150501-N-AD372-123 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (May 1, 2015) Cmdr. Jeffrey Heames, commanding officer of guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88), gives a command coin to the daughter of a Republic of Korea Sailor after she placed a ceremonial wreath on him during a scheduled port visit in Busan. Preble is conducting routine patrols throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region as a part of the U.S. 7th Fleet. As a multi-mission platform, Preble can carry out independent operations or operate in conjunction with other Navy ships to conduct maritime security operations that promote stability and peace, and develop key partnerships with allies across the region.
