150501-N-AD372-215 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (May 1, 2015) The guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) pulls into Busan for a scheduled port visit. Fitzgerald is conducting routine patrols throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region as a part of the U.S. 7th Fleet. As a multi-mission platform, Fitzgerald can carry out independent operations or operate in conjunction with other Navy ships to conduct maritime security operations that promote stability and peace, and develop key partnerships with allies across the region.
