Members from Joint Task Force Civil Support, Fort Eustis, Va., test communication connections May 2, 2015 in support of Exercise Vibrant Response 15, a 616-member Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Response Force command post exercise, at Camp Atterbury, Ind. The exercise tests the capabilities of the federal response to meet the expectations of the nation. It provides realistic training to prepare CBRN response units to integrate with civilian partners and respond to natural or man-made catastrophic CBRN events.
