Spc. Daniel Minor from Mountain Lake, Minn. and Spc. Matthew Rabine from St. Louis Park, Minn., both with the 492nd Engineer Company out of Mankato, Minn., sift sand to remove large rocks during this year's Beyond the Horizon mission. BTH is a humanitarian and civic assistance exercise that lasts for several months and provides construction and medical assistance to the people of El Salvador. The sand will be used to help create the mortar that binds the walls of the clinic together. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Cliff Coy)
