Dallas Cheatham (right), of Fayetteville N.C., about the History of the Taq-i-kisra Arch and the area that surrounds it. Shinners is the deputy brigade commander for 3rd Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division. Cheatham is an infantryman assigned to B Company, 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, who is involved in planning the renovation of the arch's surrounding area.
