A 133rd Airlift Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, C-130 Hercules cargo aircraft in Cambridge Bay, Canada, is being used to transport the Haughton-Mars Project "Moon-1" Humvee Rover May 28, 2009. HMP supports an exploration program aimed at developing new technologies, strategies, human's factors experience and field-based operational know-how - key to planning the future exploration of the Moon and Mars. The "Moon-1" can be seen with traditional tires for transportation while the tracks will be loaded separately which are needed for the adverse conditions the vehicle must get through.
