The Haughton-Mars Project "Moon-1" Humvee Rover slowly drives from the belly of a 133rd Airlift Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, C-130 Hercules cargo aircraft in Resolute, Canada. The C-130 provided much needed airlift support transporting the "Moon-1" from Cambridge Bay, Canada, to Resolute, Canada, May 28, 2009. HMP supports an exploration program aimed at developing new technologies, strategies, human's factors experience and field-based operational know-how - key to planning the future exploration of the Moon and Mars.
