BANGOR, Wash. (May 21, 2015) Cmdr. Brian Freck, incoming commanding officer of USS Kentucky (SSBN 737) (Gold), addresses Sailors, veterans and attendees during the annual Memorial Day "Tolling of the Boats" ceremony at Deterrent Park on Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor.
