Col. R. Scott Dingle, the outgoing commander of the 30th Medical Brigade, passes the brigade colors to his senior commander, Maj. Gen. John R. O’Connor, the commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, for the last time, thereby relinquishing his responsibilities and authority during a change of command ceremony on Sembach Kaserne May 18. Dingle has been selected for promotion to brigadier general and will be assigned as the G3/5/7 for the Office of the Surgeon General at Falls Church, Va.
