    Rear Admiral John N. Christenson, commander, Carrier Strike Group 12, Enterprise Strike Group, gives Dolia Gonzalez a hug at the USS Gonzalez' change of command. Gonzalez, mother of the ship's namesake, Marine Corps Sgt. Alfredo "Freddy" Gonzalez, who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his bravery in the Vietnam War, will be traveled from her home in Edinburg, Texas to attend the ceremony, which coincides with her 80th birthday.
