Bowman, an Army historian, traveled to U.S. military installations in Kuwait and Qatar, as part of a research project outlining USARCENT activities in Southwest Asia. "I'm identifying how the Army provided manning, equipping and training support for Central Command during the Global War on Terrorism," said Bowman.
