Crewmembers onboard U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Legare make final preparations before boarding Yu Feng, a Taiwanese-flagged fishing vessel found illegally fishing off the coast of Freetown, Sierra Leone. Legare, homeported in Portsmouth, Va., is currently on a three-month deployment as part of Africa Partnership Station. APS is an international maritime safety and security initiative led by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/Commander, U.S. 6th Fleet.
