    150610-N-WC566-049 PEARL HARBOR (June 10, 2015) Sailors assigned to the Honors and Ceremonial Guard of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) participate in an ash-scattering ceremony for Pearl Harbor survivor U.S. Navy Boatswain’s Mate 1st Class Michael Elkovics at the USS Utah Memorial on Ford Island, JBPHH. Elkovics was stationed aboard the Cruiser USS St. Louis (CL-49) during the 1941 Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor.
