Lausier and Smith are attached to the 360th Civil Affairs Brigade Functional Specialty Team based in Camp Lemonier, Djibouti. This is the final phase of operation HONEST TALON, a three-phase VETCAP sponsored through the collaborative efforts of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, the Tanzanian government and the U.S Embassy in Tanzania.
