A boy herds cattle that have been just been examined and treated by service members from the 360th Civil Affairs Brigade Functional Specialty Team in cooperation with Tanga animal healthcare professionals during a veterinary civic action project in a rural village in Tanga, Aug. 17. This is the final phase of operation HONEST TALON, a three-phase VETCAP sponsored through the collaborative efforts of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, the Tanzanian government and the U.S Embassy in Tanzania.
