Containerized Kitchens (CK) like this one at Camp Mow-Way on Fort Sill, Okla., is the latest way the U.S. Army is feeding its Soldiers in the field. The CK folds up very similar to a shipping container on wheels pulled behind a five-ton truck or bigger. Once it is set up cooks can feed as many as 600 Soldiers at a time. (Photo by Spc.
