A brass casing ejects from an M16A2 rifle as Army Pfc. Class Samuel R. Keller-Feathers, a radio operator in the 78th Signal Battalion out of Camp Zama, Japan, sends 5.56 millimeter rounds downrange during a weapons qualification test June 12, 2015, at Camp Fuji, Japan. A native of Reno, Nev., Keller-Feathers was one several hundred Soldiers who fired 40 rounds at various sized targets to officially qualify on the M16A2 rifle or M4 carbine.
