South Carolina National Guard Soldier Capt. Plowden Dixon, 1-118th Infantry Battalion training officer, watches the computer screen in the range tower as Soldiers on the range conduct night exercises June 19, 2015, during their annual training at Fort Stewart, Ga. The screen displays targets the Soldiers must engage which helps keep track of hits. The battalion spent nearly two weeks conducting training in a variety of squad and company level events as part of their annual training. This training helps them prepare for both peacetime situations and when they are called upon to protect the nation. (U.S. Army National Guard Photo by Sgt. Brad Mincey/Released)
