Hetherington, the XVIII Airborne Corps deputy commanding general-operations, operate the Secure En Route Communications Package as part of the Air Force’s Joint Forcible Entry-Vulnerability, en route to Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., June 20, 2015. The 82nd Airborne Division and XVIII ABC participated in the exercise to test communications equipment necessary for strategic deployment and in-flight rigging for a joint forcible entry operation.
