Long range surveillance selection candidates participate in the sit-up event of a qualifying Ranger Physical Fitness Test, June 22 at Fort Bragg, N.C. Nineteen candidates started their morning competing for a chance to be a part of F Company (Long range surveillance), Headquarters Battalion, XVIII Airborne Corps. An additional requirement for LRS selection noncommissioned officer candidates is Ranger School completion.
