Soldiers from the 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team) from Fort Lewis, Wash., man the hatch on the rear of their Stryker vehicle during a combat operation in Mosul on November 14. The Stryker Brigade Soldiers have been conducting operations in the northern Iraqi city to neutralize the terrorist threat. At the request of the Ninevah Province governor, Multinational Forces and Iraqi Security Forces will continue to provide security for the citizens of Mosul. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
