Adm. Robert Willard, commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, dons diving headgear after presenting Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 1 the Meritorious Unit Commendation award at Naval Station Pearl Harbor. The unit conducts salvage, underwater search and recovery and underwater emergency repairs. Willard also commended the command for their actions in saving an 11-year-old boy from a sinking car last Aug. 28.
