The Deputy Chief of Mission, Maggie Nardi and the local mayor together cut the ribbon to present the newly renovated community center back to the people of the village of Račinovci, Croatia after nearly three weeks of hard work by soldiers from the Minnesota National Guard's 851st Vertical Engineer Company and Croatian soldiers from the Croatian Army, Armored Mechanized Brigade. Spc. Brita Hensel a carpentry/masonry specialist with the 851st Vertical Engineer Company was dressed up in the traditional Slavonian folk costume during the ribbon cutting ceremony.
