The Minnesota National Guardsmen of the 851st Vertical Engineer Company and the soldiers of the Croatian Army, Mechanized Armored Brigade were excited to present the rebuilt community center back to the people of Račinovci, Croatia, during a formal ceremony, July 6, 2015. The ribbon cutting ceremony included distinguished visitors like Deputy Chief of Mission, Maggie Nardi, the Chief Defense of the Croatian forces, Gen. Drago Lovric (pictured here) and local and regional mayors of the area.
