Left to right, U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Adam Weaver and Airmen 1st Class Brian Adkins and Andrew Peppin, 37th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Unit weapons load crew members, transfer a GBU-38 from a MHU-83 bomb lift truck to a MJ-40 BLT prior to it being loaded into a B-1B Lancer, Sept. 16, in Southwest Asia. Carrying the largest payload of both guided and unguided weapons in the Air Force inventory, the multi-mission B-1 is the backbone of America's long-range bomber force --it can rapidly deliver massive quantities of precision and non-precision weapons against any adversary, anywhere in the world, at any time. Weaver, Adkins and Peppin are deployed from Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
