The NROTC scholarship offers students the opportunity to earn their degree and receive leadership and management skills as well as covers the cost full tuition, fees, books and provides a monthly allowance. Hart, Hoffman, and Smith plan on attending the University of Southern California and Hardy plans to attend the University of Colorado.
