150608-N-UB993-009 SAN DIEGO (June 8, 2015) Coronado High school seniors, Chloe Hoffman, John Hart, Michael Hardy and Kyler Smith are congratulated by Cmdr. Todd Hofstedt, commanding officer, Navy Recruiting District San Diego and recruiters Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Nicholas Clark and Gunner’s Mate 1st Class Dan Rungfarsangaroo after they received the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps college scholarship worth $180,000. The NROTC scholarship offers students the opportunity to earn their degree and receive leadership and management skills as well as covers the cost full tuition, fees, books and provides a monthly allowance. Hart, Hoffman, and Smith plan on attending the University of Southern California and Hardy plans to attend the University of Colorado.
