(July 17, 2015) -- Coast Guard Avionics Electrical Technician 1st Class Trevor Sly, a Clawson, Mich., native assigned to Air Station/Sector Field Office Port Angeles, is escorted with his service's flag to receive the American Legion Department of Washington’s Spirit of Service Award (SOSA) during a ceremony at a hotel in Spokane, Wash. Service members representing the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard received the SOSA and were also recognized during the inaugural banquet Service to America Banquet Salute to Armed Forces and Law & Order, which honored their respective senior enlisted escorts.
