Iraqi air force Lt. Gen. Anwar Hamad Amen Ahmed, U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Robert C. Kane with Iraqi Training and Advisory Mission Iraq, Iraqi Brig. Gen. Wahmid and Iraqi Gen. Nasser, along with dozens of U.S. and Iraqi service members, break ground on the Iraqi Air Operations Center on Camp Victory, Iraq. The $1.7 million facility is a joint project with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Gulf Region District and the Mulit-National Security Transition Command-Iraq.
