SAN DIEGO (July 14, 2015) – Personnel Specialist Seaman Shellise Donnerson, assigned to the executive department aboard amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6), participates in a mock force protection drill during Between the Lifelines (BTL) training. BTL is a two-week security training program that provides the fundamentals of watch standing and non-lethal weapons to Sailors. .
